We know the convenience of finding answers in one place. Here are some questions and answers we usually have when we treat ourselves for some online retail therapy.


Each robe is unique in the sense that the placement of the pattern will vary slightly based on the size of the textile as it features a repeat print. As for colour, we have tried our best to colour-match our photography to our items. That being said, colours may appear differently on varying screens.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with shipping info and a tracking number for your parcel. We ship all orders using Australia Post. You can follow your AusPost package using your tracking numberehere.

Generally, orders shipped using the standard Australia Post shipping service will arrive in 3- 5 business days, and Australia Post Express orders will arrive within 1 - 2 business days from the dispatch date.

Of course! Simply add a note within the special instructions page saying it's a gift. We are also happy to include a hand written note for you.

Once you’ve placed an order, you can email us at to cancel but if it's already been dispatched, we can’t offer cancellations or refunds. If you’re in the latter situation, see returns.

We are trying to be nice to our planet so we have emailed these to you instead with your order confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folders if you haven't seen the order confirmation email.

We don't add copies of invoices in our packages, because 1) we like to reduce paper and save trees, and 2) who needs that kind of negativity.

We will add a personalised note to you. Just add a comment in the special instructions within the shopping cart.

Your robe will be securely hand-packed with a soft tissue and sent in a bio-degradable multi use mailer bag. More info around our Packaging.

Yes, indeed. Robe for yourself or a loved one, get it in a gift box. Your hand-packed robe will be wrapped in tissue before securely placing in a gift box delivery.

Our payment platform covers all six PCI standard categories. The platform is also certified Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.

As a first step please have a look at our SIZE GUIDE. This will give you an idea of general sizing as per Australian standard sizing. We also highly recommend looking at the product descriptions and fit notes for each robe as each of our robes have varying cut and design.

If you are still unsure, CONTACT US. We will ask what your general sizing is along with the fit you prefer to help decide.

If you haven't already, please take a look at our SIZING GUIDE. To get a more detailed understanding of what size works for you, please also refer to the SIZE GUIDE AS PER STYLE and relevant product description. If you are still finding that you are between sizes, we would recommend that you size up. A roomy robe makes for ideal lounging!

We aim to dispatch your robe within 1-2 business days. From there onwards, it will depend on the selected delivery type.

With Standard delivery, Australia Post will take up to 5 business days (our experience says it will be about 3-4 business days)

With Express delivery, Australia Post will take about 1-2 business days.

Given the current COVID delays, please add 2-3 business days extra to the estimations above.

Yep, all of our deliveries come with a tracking code that you can track directly with Australia Post.

You will also receive emails from Australia Post about the delivery, so you can be at the door to greet the postie. So hi and thank you from us.

That is a very personal choice. If you are not home to recieve the delivery and is concerned about posties leaving your delivery in a safe place, we recommend choosing Signature On Delivery.

If you are not keen to pay for the additional Signature On Delivery, but still like to have piece of mind in getting your deliveries, you can get your parcels delivered to a 24/7 parcel locker FREE of charge. More info here.

Don't worry, I am not home most of the time either. You should have recieved a 'left card' to pick up your parcel from the Post Office.

You should have also recieved a tracking code to spy on where the parcel is. If not please send us a message and we will get right on it.

Unfortunately, not for the time being. COVID has made international deliveries difficult and we are working behind the scenes to get our international deliveries.

In the meantime, if you are super duper keen to get your robe outside of Australia, shoot us a message and we will work some magic.

We are based in the sunshine state - Brisbane, Queensland. So all of your robes will be sent from Brisbane.

Returns and Exchange

If you’d like to return a robe, please make sure you notify us within 2 days of receiving your order and send it back within 7 days. Please head to our Returns page here for all details on how to return your order.

Please email us at or contact us here with your order number & a brief description of the fault/incorrect item & we can resolve this for you. Images of the relevant item(s) would be very helpful also. These may be returned for a refund or an exchange for another item.

Exchanges are only offered if an item is damaged or the size is incorrect. If you can't see your preferred item online, reach out to us via email, as we may be able to source it for you.
